At EndPoint, we encourage our professionals to balance their careers with personal and family commitments. We believe that this long-term balance allows us to sustain the quality of life and professional growth required to be successful consultants.  We are committed to career development and training through direct exposure to a wide range of technical practice areas, environmental regulations and laws, and business applications. We want to groom our professionals to be exceptional consultants, not just good scientists or engineers.  We encourage and support technical, regulatory, and business training through seminars, short courses, and other course work leading to a technical or business degree.
