EndPoint was recently retained by a national oil reclamation company to conduct regulatory compliance evaluations and permitting at their recently-purchased Long Beach, CA facility. The project consists of: 1) evaluating California regulatory compliance requirements for recycling of used oil at their client’s facility, 2) developing a plan for the prevention of incidental spills as well as preparedness and contingency procedures to respond to spills if they occur, and 3) obtaining California permits needed to operate  oil reclamation equipment in the state.  The project is being managed out of our Los Angeles office and is projected to be completed by the end of February 2013. Richard J. Wozmak, Principal at EndPoint, stated that this project is another example of EndPoint’s diversified capabilities as well as our ability to service clients nationally.
